With over 20 years of dedicated service in the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, Malinda brings extensive experience in leadership, administration, and specialized operations to Faithful Security Services. She helped develop the Sheriff's Department's first County Parole and Alternative Custody Unit, served in critical incident response roles, and held leadership positions including Watch Commander, Special Projects Lieutenant, and Administrative Lieutenant for the Sheriff’s Medical Services Division. A three-time Exemplary Performance Award recipient and former Department Trainer of the Year, Malinda’s background in training, compliance, and high-level operations elevates the strength and professionalism of our organization.

About Malinda Sadler
Malinda serves as the Administrative Services Director for Faithful Security Services, bringing over 20 years of exemplary law enforcement experience with the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department. Throughout her distinguished career, she held multiple specialized assignments, beginning as a Field Training Officer and Administrative Deputy for the Vista Detention Facility. In 2012, she played a key role in creating the Sheriff’s Department’s first County Parole and Alternative Custody Unit (CPAC), where she later served for four years before being promoted to sergeant in 2017.

As a sergeant, Malinda served on the Critical Incident Response Team, operated as a Tactical Team Leader, and oversaw operations as the Administrative Sergeant for the Sheriff’s Medical Services Division. Her leadership continued with her promotion to Lieutenant in 2020, during which she served as the Watch Commander at the Vista Detention Facility and later as the Special Projects Lieutenant. She retired as the Administrative Lieutenant overseeing the Sheriff’s Medical Services Division, where she managed high-level operational, medical, and administrative functions for the agency.

Throughout her career, Malinda earned multiple honors, including three Exemplary Performance Awards, two Meritorious Unit Citations, and recognition as the Department Trainer of the Year. She also served as a Sheriff’s Academy Instructor and a Less-Lethal Munitions Instructor, reflecting her deep commitment to training excellence, officer development, and operational readiness.
