Kenny Sadler serves as the Director of Business Development for Faithful Security Services, where he leads the company’s strategic growth initiatives and client engagement efforts across both public and private sectors. Drawing from decades of experience in business strategy, organizational development, and partnership building, Kenny plays a key role in expanding Faithful Security Services’ footprint while maintaining the company’s commitment to excellence, trust, and faith-based values.

A graduate of University of California, Berkeley, Kenny founded and led Berkeley Strategy Advisors, LLC (BSA), a consulting firm specializing in business strategy and development. Through his leadership, BSA provided advisory services to major clients such as the State of California, Deloitte, Nike, the Sacramento Kings, the University of California, and The California Endowment. His expertise in strategic planning and relationship management continues to shape his approach to client development and operational excellence within the security industry.

Kenny has also served as the Executive Director of Blacks United in Leadership Development (B.U.I.L.D.), an organization dedicated to developing the next generation of impactful leaders. His work reflects a lifelong dedication to service, community empowerment, and leadership rooted in integrity and purpose.
