Mr. Kedrick Sadler is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Faithful Security Services, a trusted leader in private security solutions across California. With over 33 years of combined experience in law enforcement (most recently as the Chief of Police for the Oceanside Police Department), military service, private security and organizational leadership, Mr. Sadler leads the company with professionalism, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to client safety.

About Kedrick Sadler
​Background & Experience
Born and raised in Long Beach, California, Mr. Sadler graduated from Lakewood High School in 1991 and earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from California Coast University. In 1996, he joined the United States Marine Corps, serving four honorable years both domestically and abroad. His military service instilled in him the discipline, leadership, and mission focus that remain central to his professional philosophy.

Following his service, Mr. Sadler joined the Oceanside Police Department in 2001. Over a distinguished 24-year career, he served in numerous specialized and leadership roles — including K9 Handler, Honor Guard Officer, Detective, and Multi-Disciplinary Instructor — before being appointed as the 20th Chief of Police in the department’s history.

Leadership & Philosophy
As Chief of Police, Mr. Sadler oversaw major divisions including Patrol, Investigations, Community Services and Support Services, as well as community-focused teams such as the Traffic Services Unit, Neighborhood Policing Team, Homeless Outreach and School Safety Enhancement Team. His leadership emphasized accountability, innovation, and proactive engagement — principles that now define Faithful Security Services.
